Dr. Jonathan D. Laux

Dr. Jonathan Laux was born in Coldwater, Ohio in 1975. In 1983, his family moved to Lima and has been here ever since. While in high school, Dr. Laux suffered a serious back injury. He was absolutely miserable for several weeks. He couldn’t stand up straight and the slightest movements produced horrific pain. Not a good situation for a 16 year old!  Moist heat, ice, stretching, muscle relaxers and pain relievers were all attempted, but nothing worked. Finally, he visited a chiropractor. After the first visit he felt better. After several visits to the chiropractor as well as icing and stretching, he felt 100% better. Right then and there he decided he was going to become a chiropractor.

After graduating from Elida High School, Dr. Laux attended both Ohio State University and the University of Toledo, where he completed his undergraduate education. Upon receiving his diploma from Life University’s College of Chiropractic, in Atlanta, Georgia, he then set up his practice back here in Lima. Dr. Laux opened his office May 2nd, 2001.  In September of that same year, he married his wife Trisha. They now have 3 children; 2 daughters and a son.
